“PINK COAST | A Chill Food and Agriculture Experience on the North Coast” brings the flavors and local charm of Taiwan’s North Coast to Christmasland in New Taipei City! Featuring 12 distinctive North Coast brands and three varieties of local street food, the market offers everything from sweet potatoes, tea, and processed agricultural and seafood products to local desserts, souvenirs, and lifestyle goods. Visitors can also explore exhibitions celebrating the North Coast’s local culture, food, and agriculture; take part in weekend workshops and hands-on food and agriculture experiences led by local artisans; and enjoy magic shows and evening singing performances. From November 20 to 22, come discover the region’s local character, enjoy hands-on experiences, savor the flavors of the coast, and take home something special as you get to know the North Coast through its food and way of life.
