  1. 1 From November 15th, 2024, to January 1st, 2025, Xianmin Blvd. and Xinzhan Rd. to Tucheng direction, making the left turn to Xinzhan Rd. during 15:00-23:00 is prohibited.
  2. 2 Riding bicycles is prohibited from 16:00 to 23:00 on the pedestrian walks around the City Hall.
  3. 3 Xinzhan Rd. (Mega City Far Eastern Department store side, Xianmin Blvd. to Zhongshan Rd.) Xinfu Rd. (Banqiao Far Eastern Department store side, Zhongshan Rd. to Quyun Rd.) yellow lines, parking is prohibited from 7:00 to 23:00 during the event period daily.
  4. 4 U-Bike around the venue suspended operating hours:：
    1. Banqiao bus stations will be temporarily suspended for the entire day during the event period. Xinzhan Rd. ,and Xinfu Rd. stations, services will be suspended daily from 15:00-24:00.
    2. Concert (December 14th and 15th), Xinzhan Rd. and Xinfu Rd. Stations, stop operation from 12:00 AM.
  5. 5 December 14th and 15th (Concert): Bus stop-Minquan Rd. Stop (Zhongshan Rd. to Tucheng direction), buses will not stop here from 16:00-24:00 daily.
